Metro Viaduct Section

A Phase IV viaduct section for Delhi Metro delivered in precast segmental construction. Segments were match-cast and erected span-by-span over live urban roads at night, with geometry control holding rail-level tolerances across every span. Bearing and expansion-joint articulation was engineered for rail-structure interaction, and crossheads were shaped to thread the alignment through congested utilities.
